Co-Founder & Speaker
Simon Carrington
SIMON CARRINGTON is a Catholic speaker, author and co-founder of Fire Up Ministries. He has been giving talks across Australia on the topics of chastity, dating, the Theology of the Body, apologetics and evangelisation for almost 15 years. He completed a Bachelor of Theology with a minor in Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame and received his certification from the Theology of the Body Institute in Pennsylvania, USA. Simon is the author of How to Date with Passion and Purpose. He lives in Sydney, Australia, with his wife Madeleine and their four children.

Madeleine Carrington
MADELEINE CARRINGTON co-founded Fire Up Ministries with her husband, Simon, in 2017. She completed a Bachelor of Arts/Education degree, with a major in Theology at the University of Notre Dame Australia and worked as a High School teacher for 6 years, teaching Religion and History.
She served as a missionary in Philadelphia, USA, speaking about the Pro-Life and Chastity message to High School students. Madeleine has delivered hundreds of presentations to thousands of people across America and Australia and is the co-host of The Fire Up Podcast. She lives in Sydney, Australia, with her husband, Simon, and has four beautiful children.

Assistant and Events Manager
Olivia Martin
OLIVIA MARTIN is the administrator and assistant to Simon and Maddie Carrington at Fire Up Ministries. She has a deep passion for the Lord and a heart for serving His people, and loves supporting the work of the ministry and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
She has had the opportunity to travel on mission to places such as the Philippines, Vanuatu, and Malta, experiences that have deeply shaped and strengthened her relationship with God. Olivia also served on a gap year ministry team with her faith community, Servants of Jesus, where she grew in faith, discipleship, and service. During this time she also attended a ministry school based in Malta.
Alongside the work with fire up, Olivia works with the youth in the Servants of Jesus community, encouraging and supporting young people as they grow in their faith. She is passionate about seeing others encounter God and living a life of service to Him and His people.
